How to turn down interpolation on MacOS Remote Desktop

Open Remote Desktop app and click on the settings cogwheel and then click on Preferences.

From here, you want to find where it says "Graphics Interpolation level." and lower it to the level you feel comfortable at.

If you still feel lag after this, you may also try to downscale resolutions. Go to the Resolutions tab. Remove anything over 1920x1080.
