# How does billing work?

We auto renew clients on a month-to-month basis using stripe. All credit/debit data and billing information is encrypted and not stored within any of our databases. You are able to terminate the server through the Zesty dashboard (<https://zestystore.com>) if needed.&#x20;

If the payment has failed, we will try to again during the following few days. If the payment doesn't succeed within the 3 grace day period we will have to terminate the server and put it back up for stock on the website.&#x20;
