# Order Fulfilment

* The server should fulfill within 5 minutes of payment. If the server does not fulfill after 5 minutes, please open a ticket in our [**discord server**](https://discord.gg/zesty).
* If the order is a pre-order,  please take note of the date and time we announce to clients as to when the server will be delivered, remember to join our [**Discord**](https://discord.gg/KkxHBgs) server for updates.
